At hiyo, we want you to love your social tonics; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns of physical product once it has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Carefully check your hiyo shipment upon arrival to ensure all cans are intact and the order matches your selection.

If there is any damage or a shipping error, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label for our records.

- 4.Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
